At ibbyROSE, many of our products are custom-made, printed to order, personalized, or produced specifically for a team, organization, fundraiser, event, or customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes selected at checkout
• Change of mind
• Incorrect colors or styles selected by the customer
• Personalized or customized merchandise
• Team store or fundraiser merchandise
• Made-to-order apparel
• Sale, promotional, or clearance merchandise

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love what you receive.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error by ibbyROSE, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Normal variations in garment color, print placement, sizing, or manufacturer construction are not considered defects.
